My Teaching Style
I love teaching classes that balance difficulty with ease, technique with personal expression, and seriousness with playfulness. Expect faster-paced sequences that combine the intensity of a challenging workout with the fluid, expressive elements of a flow class. I incorporate impactful playlists to help yogis connect deeply with their bodies and breath.
Experience
My yoga journey began in 2019 when a friend invited me to a yoga class, conveniently “forgetting” to mention that it was hot! It was one of the most challenging experiences, both mentally and physically, that I had ever experienced. I was forever changed for the better. Yoga came during an extremely difficult time in my life providing a safe space to heal and reconnect with myself. In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Why I Love Dragonfly
I discovered Dragonfly in 2023 shortly after moving to Madison from Salt Lake City, Utah. During a time of uncertainty and change, Dragonfly quickly became a safe, familiar space. I love that Dragonfly offers so many different types of classes; there’s truly something for everyone here!

When I’m not on my mat, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen—I love to cook delicious food for friends and family!
