In this class you will blend yin postures with mindful meditation to create a balanced union of body and mind. The first part of the class you will focus on the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, allowing for deep tissue opening, and restoration that concentrates on holding poses for an extended period of time (from one to five minutes).
Following the yin, you will transition into a guided meditation and breathwork session. You will be led through various mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to embrace life with a calm, open heart.
