I started going to yoga after my friend bought passes for me because she knew had no plans to do yoga ever in my life! I was wrong. My experience before Dragonfly was unintentionally lying in savasana.
I enjoy seeing the same faces at classes even if I don’t talk to a lot of people and I like the way yoga slows down time for me. Yoga has helped my mental health most of all. I thank the breathing!
I typically go to 5 classes a week. Chakra is my favorite class, especially the 5th chakra because—breathing. Dragonfly is the only place I find acceptable to sweat indoors.
