How did you get started at Dfly?
A few people had recommended Dragonfly and I thought I’d give it a try. Over a year later it has become a part of my weekly routine.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I’ve been practicing yoga since my early 20’s and I started my barre journey about 4 years ago when I lived in the PNW.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
The workout of course, but also the sense of community! The instructors are all so amazing and I love meeting new people!
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Yes, I feel so much fitter since consistently attending classes and all the core strengthening has really helped with my lower back issues.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I aim for 5 classes per week, but cardio barre is my favorite!

I love dragonfly and the barre classes here so much that I’m hoping to take barre training this year!
