I started going to Dragonfly earlier this year right after I moved to Wisconsin.
I’ve been doing yoga with my family on and off since I was a kid but I started practicing regularly when I took an interest in college.
I love how challenging the classes at Dragonfly can get and how no two classes or instructors are the same.
Since going to regular classes, I have noticed I feel more strong and controlled in my active life outside of yoga.
I try to go as often as I can, which is usually 4-5x a week. My favorite class is Fire Slow Flow with Kaylin!
I hate the cold and usually don’t like to workout in the mornings but Dragonfly makes getting up in the cold to be active so easy.
