I actually started at Dragonfly Fitchburg back in the early 2010’s buying the 10 class pass and using it throughout.
My kids were young and it was a way for me to have a break that calmed me and put me in a good place to start or end a day. Once my kids got older and I got more into triathlons I took a break from Dragonfly because of my busy schedule, but missed it. So when the new studio opened in Verona I jumped at the opportunity to bring the different classes back into my workout routine.
Before Dragonfly I did yoga sporadically at different studios but it was never consistent. I had never done Barre before but I did grow up as a dancer and I love it!
I love the variety of classes at Dragonfly; from barre to yoga flow to power up- I love them all! I also love the instructors- so inspiring and meeting new people!
My flexibility has greatly improved as well my mindset. I feel so good after every class. I have also noticed a difference in my upper body strength. I try to attend classes 3-5 days a week. I love Lindsey’s Cardio Barre and Emerson’s Flow and Lift!
I am a pretty active person, so purposefully putting a yoga class in my schedule each week has made a difference in my mental and physical health!
