How did you get started at Dfly?
I don’t remember but once I started I haven’t stopped!
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I have always loved yoga but once I started at Dfly I fell in love with hot yoga!
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I love the teachers, the variety of the flow classes and how I feel afterwards- strong and stretched out!
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I used to have problems with my back and ever since I started doing yoga, I have strengthened my core and no longer have problems with my back.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
Currently I attend one class per week on Sunday nights with Kati :)
