How did you get started at Dfly?
I signed up for an Intro offer in fall 2017 after wanting to incorporate some yoga into my exercise routine. After the trial ended, I took the occasional class and signed up for a full membership in late 2018.
What is/was your yoga experience before Dfly?
I had attended a few yoga classes at my gym, but didn’t practice regularly prior to taking a class at DFly.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I love the welcoming atmosphere of the studio, from the front desk, to the instructors, to fellow students. There’s also such a rich variety of classes that are consistently high-quality. And especially during a cold winter, the hot studio feels wonderful.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I’ve noticed that I have better focus and concentration, and am sleeping better too.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I aim to attend five or six classes a week that are a mix of the various Flow classes. My favorites are the Wednesday evening Core Flow class, plus Heather Keeler’s Flow & Power Flow classes. She leads her classes with the best energy and they’re always challenging.

I encourage anybody curious about yoga to try Dragonfly. All the teachers are fantastic and so are the classes!
